If you think about how real some of these rappers are...are dont for that matter, it takes a track like this to show that tech is more than an average rapper...I mean who else puts something that personal on a cd that anyone in the world could get for 12 bucks? I mean that's puttin tech's life on wax for all to hear...it's deep man and if you have kids you feel it even more...just being away from my son for 8 hours in the day has me missing him like crazy...and tech is away for months at a time...I dont praise any other rappers in my music selection like I do tech..since the first time i heard him I knew he was way above the average rapper..any rapper IMO...this track is proof to that...Thank's Tech...and from one father to the next...I hope Everready brings you closer to your Fam....my 2 cents

I get goosebumps when i listen to it also, not many songs have ever made me do that. The only songs that give me goosebumps have been by Tech:

The Rain
Enstein - the last verse
Earthquake
Tormented
Going Bad
God Complex
(basically the entire anghellic album that shit hit me on a whole other level)

I love the song more each time I hear it and as a father I feel dude being away from my son for a few hours kills me I cannot imagine being away for the better part of a year, hopefully all of the fans appreciate what Tech goes through to bring us all of the great music and shows!

yea tech is like the realest out, like ppl out in tha industry jus dont seem to see all of techs power and talent, all these ppl listenin to these southside rappers and ppl like 50 and shit and find that hott, and hearin pl like juelz santana makin these kiddy rhymes, and ppl thinkin its hott, but one of techs verse will murda any otha rappers album, except for ppl like bone thugs and tupac and biggie, or sumthing like that, but tha rest is jus bullshit

we thank u tech for keepin shit real and tellin it how it is.

and the rain is jus a beautiful track, never heard one like it, i listen to it everyday as well as the otha songs on tha album
