YES SIR I WAS
Right on nastynia.

Just some background info for ya...

Bernard Gourley (dude who did 40's video) has contributed a lot to the Bay Area hip hop scene. He's hardly someone who "just heard about us recently."

Bernard was around during the Bay's big time back in the 90s. He ran Swerve Records which released quite a few quality projects:

Mac Dre Rapper Gone Bad
Various Spread Yo' Hustle
Jay Tee & Baby Beesh Latino Velvet Project
N2Deep The Golden State
PSD Game Costs
PSD What It Is
Various 4080 Magazine Compilation - Mobbin' Thru The Bay!

That's just a handful of the releases he was behind. Dude even did the design/layout for the Rompalation back in the day. LOL

Just some background info for people.

the budget far surpassed the look what ive done for them.................
Exactly. True true...

I should have clarified my answer. 40's video is technically better, but I like watching Quinn's more.

The Rock is going to be ridiculous if "Look What I've Done For Them" is any indication.

Forty's is a better video, it fits the song so perfectly. Everythings that is going on in the video is so different than what you see out there. When I watch it I feel like a proud father watching his son being born.

I like Quinn's video too, but don't like that it look simular to Kanye's video. But oh well, alot of things get recycled, it's not like if it's done once no one else can do it again. There were many elements that I felt were better than Kanye's. I agree that it did have a low budget feel, but thats because it probaly was. Still 2 thumbs up.

Quinns video is similar to kanyes video but is forty's video is similar to every video thats out right now.
Quinns video was only similar to kanyes because it had pictures in it.Kanyes video did not have drawings, written lyrics, and it was not done in a scrap book.
Both videos are tight though, even though they are way different songs they can be compared to each other and my vote goes to quinndo's
