but hasnt whitey made up for all the ills they did to blackie since the slave era? Welfare, public housing, affirmative action, food stamps, etc etc. Whitey has attempted to give blackie a equal opportunity.

oakland has a black mayor.....there are black politicians......and why is it that the black neighborhoods in oakland are the poorest? How come whenever i drive through the black parts of west or east oakland, all i see is people KICKIN IT. Not workin, not goin to school, not making a effort to make a better life for themselves(there are exceptions) ,just chillin. Theres no excuses left for not being able to go to college and make a future. If you dont have the money, the GOVERNMENT will pay for it.

this pattern applies to pretty much any town in america by the way
