Personally, I think the music goes with the times so they are hard to compare which are "better." Even though I think Don Juan, The Twins, etc. got/had some tight shit, I honestly think the new stuff goes more beyond boundries as Tech style is similiar. So I'd say probably the new shit just because I think it fits Tech's real "style" more than anything else, besides I think Rube/Tekneko among others are definatly on the come up and I'm lovin what they do. I'm waiting to see what Rick Rock can bring to the table for Everready.

Back in the days of The Worst and CBTS... Don Juan and Dyamund were just giving him beats, mostly bay area sounding shit. But Tech didnt give a fuck as long as he could flow over them. He also mentioned he didnt have any real direction back then too.

So I think now he chooses the beats that fit his mood, therefore making the shit all work together.

I pick NEWER.
