this past Tuesday (the 18th), I hit up the Dark Lotus (ICP, Twiztid, Blaze and ABK) concert at The House Of Blues in Sunset Blvd., Hollywood. Layzie Bone was one of their guests... I forgot who the other openers were cause I didn't get inside till Dark Lotus played cause I was too busy helping Craig and the other dude that I keep forgetting his name, so (with all due respect!lol)I'll call him "the other guy" for now....but yeah, I was busy helping them get a parking space for the Tech N9ne tour van...BUT... on to the beginning..
I arrived at the venue..I didn't buy a ticket in advance because I didn't think that I'd make it to this concert because of school stuff... but I made it, but with NO TICKET, but I went anyways to do some Strange Music promoting. So I arrive there and see all the juggalos waiting in line, I ask a couple of Juggalos to help me pass some Strange Music stuff to everyone else...so they followed me to my 4 runner and grabbed a grip of KUTT KALHOUN "BLEVE" and SKATTERMAN & SNUGBRIM "Urban Legendz" posters and fliers...along with about 3 boxes of Hostile Takeover cd samplers, some Urban Legendz Matchboxes and zig zags and the juggalos all went and rushed to the free shit cause you know how juggalos love free shit!!!
Juggalos did the occasional FAYGO runs, spraying Faygo on everyone in the line, lol... after the faygo showers, some juggalos were all street skiing on the slippery street (due to the faygo) and just running into the cop car that was parked in frot of the venue! LOL!! But anyways, I informed travis earlier that day about the concert. I called him again and him and Tech and everyone was on their way from I believe Eugene, fresh from doing a concert there, and said that they were on their way to the Dark Lotus concert to meet up with me so we can promote the fuck outta Strange Music and so Tech can chill with the Juggalos after the show!!!! So anyways, there was this guy that as slanging backstage passes for $40 and it was crazy cause he's BONE's dj. LOL, this farely nice looking japanese chick that couldn't undersand english went up to me and others and asked to buy a ticket to this sold out event, but couldn't find one till she saw BONE's dj and he was all telling me how she can't realy understand english and that she was just at the las vegas concert.
-OK.... Travis, Tech, Corey and Krizz Kaliko roll up to the venue and say wassup to me and right before then, this guy who I think was a Juggalo or was just there cause he dressed in some preppy-ass shit was all like:"Man, fuck Tech N9ne!! He can kiss my ass!" and right after that, lol, they arrived and I told Tech about the dude in line and pointed him out and Tech was all ready to fuck him up, but all the guy in the line did was raise him hands in the air!! LOL!!!!! Kaliko wanted to get into the mix too....but again, the guy in the line bitched out.
Tech, Kaliko, Travis and Corey all went inside the venue to chill with ICP and try to get me, Craig (who was wearing his new freshly made self drawn designed Strange Music logo shirt )and the other guy some tickets while we try to get the Tech N9ne tour van a good parking space!! LOL... some funny shit...now Craig had parked in the TAXIS ONLY parking space in front of the House Of Blues and this Arabian taxi guy parked in the spot where they were before they started looking around again for cheaper parking, so Craig was like:"Yo, I dare you to run across the street and call for that taxi so I can park back in that space!!" LOL so I did it and the arabian guy pulled up to me and was like:"You need a ride buddy??" and I was like:"Uhh no, I just wanted to ask how much it costs to go to L.A.X. with your taxi" and he was like:"Look, are you friends with those guys??? I THINK YOU ARE BULLSHITTING ME!! YOU BULLSHITTED ME OUT OF MY PARKING SPACE!! YOUU BULLSHIT YOU!!"....lol, all in his arabian voice, which was funny as fuck.
LOL, I ran back across to Craig and the other dude ,parked, went to the side of the venue to meet with Travis, I did a perfect voice impression of the arabian taxi driver and they were all bustin up. Craig and the other dude ended up staying outside most of the time to get samplers ready to pass out to the juggalos when they come back out while I went inside to enjoy the Dark Lotus set...then like a while before they finished, I stepped back outside and me, travis, craig and the other guy all got posted around the House Of Blues with a box of samplers each (with alot more in the tour van) and just handed a shitload of samplers to everyone coming out of the concert while Corey slanged some Anghellic cd's for $15 a peice. Tech and Kaliko then came out and chilled outside with the juggalos till they all got kicked out by security!!!
