only real problem i have with IT is it seems he always throws the biggest words together...i mean it makes sense the shit he's saying but i can look in any thesaurus and so the same shit....but IT is still coo....but i think Tech has better lyrics....but i'd take it another step and say royce has better lyrics....the best in the game? couldn't tell u....but tech is on that top 20 list...but everyone has a different list...

Not every one is a closed minded fuck, I know a lot of people are but not every one. I would love to hear an artist that I like more than tech. Unlike tech a lot of artists will have a few songs where they are hot and a lot of songs where they are OK at best. Give some examples of good songs (if your not to busy "catching feelings").
Here are a few songs that I think have pretty ill lyrics:
Immortal Technique – Dance with the devil (previously mentioned many times)
Atmosphere – The Women with the tattooed hands
Wu Tang – A better tomorrow
Mobb Deep – Shook ones pt ii
Xzibit – Thank you
Xzibit - What you see is what you get now (think thats the name)
Tech N9ne – Ill Pass (this shit is clever as hell re listen if you think tech n9nes lyrics are weak)
That’s a few tracks for now, as I said not all of these artists are consistently good. I really want to hear what tracks by Nas or Kalib you think are lyrically comparable to tech n9ne. I have both of their Disco’s and might have missed listening to a good song or something.

yeh that is a nice thread...i'd put tech above a few of those people...but there are many others...namely chino xl...."You want us to walk down the alter while the choir singing to him, hidden meaning to them is i'll alter him" now this isn't his best lyric but it's one that just sticks in my head...just all depends on what u feel lyrics are...
