Thats a tough question. Tech N9ne makes better music for sure and Technique can't match his flow, but as far as who is the better lyricist? Not sure. They are very different lyrically.

Immortal technique is one of my favorite artists, and his music is an aquired taste. when i first started listening to him i thot he sucked, but as i listened more i learned to like his music, its very origional. but i think tech n9ne has much better flow than IT, but every one of IT's songs come straight from the heart

Kinda throwin a curve ball in the mix, but I've always thought that Pharoahe Monch was on more of Tech's level. Immortal Technique is good, no doubt, but Pharoahe kinda of mixes shit up more, kinda like Tech, multiple meanings for certain words, switching up his style in the middle of his verses, and stuff like that.....great example is off of Pharoahe's new album Desire, one of the bonus tracks called Agent Orange.

Whoever mentioned Pharoahe, word is mother fuckin bon jovi son. This cat got some rediculous lyrics. people didnt reply cuz they prolly didnt hear that shit, but i agree fully. Tho i could go on forever bout cats with lyrical skills, #1 all i can say is that no matter who you say, AINT NO ONE got shit on Pac, plain and simple, dead or alive the greatest.
