first off i think your sigg is way to damn bigg............scale that bad boy down some dogg..........the cover too.........we can get just as good a idea wut it looks like @500pixX500pix.......so it dont take all damn day to load (sum uv us kats still rockin tha 56k).........
now, as for the cover........its pretty good.......id lose the tech nine attached to the "N".........the top text looks great........the images are nice........but the bottom text killes it for me dogg.........the bevel looks amaturish......try 2 stay away from it.........there is too much space inbetween the "C", "T" & "O" in VICTORY........move em closer 2gether.......the concept is a good one........

id change the lightning behind the top text...it to me looks amatuerish cuz when ppl first learn how to do that it shows up in all their work, id lessen the number of bolts, thicken them slightly, then make them somewhat match the color of the text...and if its gunna be called "victory" how are u gunna put two pics of tech on the cover where his facial expressions say more like "failure", you want a more powerful picture that exerts a presence of power
