1. Intro (N/A / 10)
Intro; Tech is tellin' us about the point of the album.

2. Industry Is Punks (10 / 10)
DAMN... what a fucking start. One of my favorite songs on the CD and it's only the first track. The chorus is very angellic, sounds like some saints are singin' it along with him. After the first chorus at the beginning, Tech absolutely RIPS it up. The song is about the Industry being shady and pullin' bullshit that screw their artists and labels. This is a fast paced song with a hard hitting beat, definitely slump this in your system. Tech goes machinegun style throughout the whole song and starts the CD off with a bang.

3. Here Comes Tecca Nina (8.0 / 10)
A very nice beat begins the song with Tech's friend talkin' about him. It is a little slower paced than the previous song but still pretty quick paced. N9na is talking about himself, well, COMING into the game. He talks about how "this is the start of women and money and houses, etc", and about his success. I'm not really into the chorus though, it's a little repetitive and he could have switched it up a little bit to make this a better song. Still hard though...

4. Imma Tell (8.5 / 10)
Another knockin' song. The beat is just as hard as the previous couple. I think Tech's point to this is mainly reppin' Kansas City. The chorus is a distinctive, "This is the Town where the Clowns put it down baby; (Young Girl) Momma say stoppa or Im gonna tell Pappa.". In between Techs main lines, he does one line of extremely quick machinegun flows. So the whole song goes back and forth between "Medium Paced Line" and "Fast Paced Line". This makes it extremely good with the beat and this is one song you don't skip.

5. Slacker (8.5 / 10)
The single of the CD. There is a video and it has been played on MTV2 quite a bit. It's about being a slacker - not doin' shit, not trying hard in anything, and living the easy life. It's a very mainstream type song which could catch on quick, And probly will, but that doesnt degrade it at all. Its straight Tech flows and beats. The beat is medium paced, but as we've all been told by E40.. Squares cant understand them fast flows. So the radio song this will be.

6. Keep On Keepin' On (8.0 / 10)
Tech starts out talking about the numerous rapper's he has rapped with - the list is a bit bigger than I thought. Gonna have to go find some of them from other CD's, heh. The beat to this is a little lighter than usual, with a piano/organ thing goin' on softly in the back. Im feelin' it, and it goes well with the chorus which is a tenor-voice guy singin' "I'm A Keep on Rollin' on...". Good song.

7. Gunz Will Bust (6.5 / 10)
Yung Gunz starts off the song with some rasta talk. Total jamaican sounding song at first, and the beat adds to that fact. When Yung starts flowin', he sounds a little similar to Tech for some reason. Not quite as much as a machinegun-type rap, but he's pretty cool anyway. The chorus is alright... but the end of it, it sounds like a german rock star yellin' some shit. Kinda weird. Tech also has a lower pitched voice than normal; no idea why. It's not one of my favorites on the album but its still good work.

8. Bianca's And Beatrice's (6.0 / 10)
This track starts off kinda funny. Tech makin' fun of some names that are common to bitches he plays.. But I haven't really felt it that much. The beat sounds like clown music and Tech sounds kinda whiny. I usually don't skip the track but I don't know if I will ever into the groove of it. Take out the little dings in the beat and I think it would be better.

9. Diamond Joe's (N/A / 10)
Useless interlude leading into the following song.

10. Slither (7.5 / 10)
Tight track. This is about Tech tryin' to get a stripper to go home with him. His line is, and the chorus - "I love the way you make it slither baby; every night when i come through, that looks like somethin' I wanna run through". Eventually he gets a couple of em alone and they turn out to be Vampires.. its pretty humorous shit when he starts gettin fuck'd up, heh. All of his verses are tight - a sort of medium paced song on a beat that sounds a little dark, a little mysterious I guess - Seven.

11. Disturbance (N/A / 10)
Useless Interlude.

12. Trapped In A Psycho's Body (8.0 / 10)
Tech comes real on this, he knows what he wants to say. He sounds a little bit of a robotic voice mixed into his - like digitalized vocals; it sounds tight though. The chorus is backwards, which is different than the Advance Release copy of this song. I personally like this retail one a little better though. This song is a slower one, but the lyrics come quicker than the beat. A different style to this one and I like it.

13. T9X (7.5 / 10)
Deep, dark, demented. All about drugs, on a very low down beat. Tech comes in whispering with some girl about buying and doin' any drugs. And his flows which follow are even deeper tone. He is talkin' about all the drugs he wants to do and is doing and how they help him get through/end his existance. I dunno though, I'm not really feelin' him say "PCP; I love you very muchhhh!" LOL. PCP, GHB. Damn, fool is deeper into the drugs than any rapper I know. I hope we dont see a N9na overdose in the future. Anyway, the song is tight, dont skip it.

14. She Devil (8.5 / 10)
I was kinda curious to find out how D12 would sound on a Tech N9ne song, and the result is pretty good. I don't know how Bizzare got on there, but hes on there with his full explicit lyrics. Tech 9 starts it out and rips it up. Then Bizzare, who has a cool verse I guess, but he's always a slow mother fucker. But it's his style so its aight. After him, Kon Artis, Swifty, and Kuniva come in. D12 has always had quality lyrical content - they follow Eminem's style of good lyrics in my opinion. Proof is last and he's always been one of the coolest member of D12 to me. Dark voice which goes well on the dark beat of the song. There are some "Oh-Ah's" which sound like an african tribe going crazy or something, but overall the mix between all these artists ended in a tight song.

15. Worst Enemy (9.0 / 10)
LOL! The funnest track on the album for sure. Tech starts off in this quick rhythm song by talking about his homie who fucked him over. You'd think it'd be a good friend of his or a woman, but it ends up being somethin' totally different. Funny shit too, I aint gonna spoil the humor but listen to it and you should be able to decipher it before he tells you. Good flows, good beat, top notch song.

16. Signing Off (N/A / 10)
A 4 second interlude. Why the fuck didn't he do another MachineGun rap? Fuck.

17. Absolute Power (10 / 10)
The title track of the CD and also my favorite track on the album. The beat is very heavy, Not bass wise - but there is a lot going on at the same time. It is very fast paced and shows off Tech's true skills. The song is about what it says - Absolute Power, which Ninna has when he controls the crowds at his shows. There are some fucking tight sounding parts of the verses, kind of robotic/futuristic. Some say this song is overproduced - too much - not raw enough. But to me, its showin' off pure skill. Tha big 10.

18. Yada, Yada, Yada (8.5 / 10)
This song was introduced on the net for free about 2 months before AP was even released. At first I wasn't feelin' at as much as I am now. It is a diss to Don Juan and the pace is very slow for a Tech N9ne song. He talks about how Don crossed him and fucked him in numerous ways (and fuck Celcius! That CD sucks!). Tech comes hard though, most of the song he sounds tight as hell. The chorus is good - "Knock Knock knock knock knockin on yo' door!"... catchy shit. Overall a good song.

19. Constantly Dirty (7.5 / 10)
Back to the medium-paced beats, this song comes hard. I don't know who the first rapper is (Someone help me out), but he is pretty cool. The chorus is emotional and I think Tech is sending out a more serious message with this one. Talking about always being dirty since birth, never having shit, but keepin' on going. Tech comes in last and rips it up to finish up the song with a bang.

20. I'm A Playa (9.0 / 10)
A little similar to the song "Cursed" from Anghellic, it starts of by talkin' about N9na's music career. Then the hard chorus comes in, it sounds VERY... well, Angellic, Heavenly, whatever. As soon as Tech comes in with the flows you know this song is going to be hard. The bass hits extremely clean and the lyrics are perfect for a final song. It's basically talkin' about how and why Tech has come up so well. One of the siccest songs on the CD.

OVERALL RATING: 91 / 100

Within the past couple of years, Tech N9ne has grown to be one of my favorite
rappers. He has so much skill and flows; some of the stuff he does (most of it) is fucking unbelievable
and this CD is no exeption. Although I'm going to have to say Anghellic was very slightly better.
But that doesn't take anything away from this CD. I'm almost positive it's going to be "Best Rap CD
of 2002" in many people's eyes. Almost every song is knockin', almost every verse is hard, and the
featured rappers on this CD also come tight. If you like any rap, Buy this CD. If you've never heard of Tecca Nina, buy this CD.
And even if you dont like rap, Buy this CD.
