Just warning you though, if you make a private site and people are dl'n and trading shit... I'm gonna go ahead and guess that Travis is gonna put the Kabosh on that shit real quick. Keep it public.

travis will have no reason to do that because nothing sold by strange music is even mentioned on the site so shutting down the site would be pointless as we aint encouraging his products for free download we encourage collecting ... and collecting means u buy everything possible/available and get the rest that hard hard to find and aint for sale...

for travis to try to shut down the site would be pointless.. he loses nothing by it existing it doesnt affect him really at all.. but if u think about it if collectors are all in the one place talking and shit theres gonna be SALES/TRADES for merchandise and when that happens it puts more demand on rare SM products and merch.. so it could be a good thing for SM(a very minor pro)

If it ended up that there was Sales/Trades of merchandise, I would be all over it, and not only would I be down, I'd help contribute...financially and otherwise.

tech collectors would definetly have sales and trades of actual merchandise.. its one of the main reasons the site is good for the SM collecting community... mp3s are weak compared to the actual thing in your hand ;)

Some of you seem to have an eliteist attitude. If you are such big fans of tech and strange then why do you try to further the idea of seclusion rather than to spread the virus, whats the plan for someone like me who has no time or money to be a quote "Collector". You should be encouraging others to become collectors and sharing that hard to find music, yeah if someone is found to be a leech then give them the boot. but from the sounds of it you should probably put up a sign as well that says "NO girls allowed"

lol most of the tech collectors im talkin about are actually doing big things for SM in promotion leading street teams and etc.. we all do our part when it comes to spreading the virus... collecting has nothing to do with a majority of SM fans not everyone is a collector some people just like 1 tech cd and bump that.. collectors try to obtain everything they can even if its a really shit quality song

to be honest i wouldnt want a newb to listen to anything that wasnt on SM and selling atm because its his most professional work and be more chance a newb would feel that shit better than some old track only a tech collector would enjoy ;)

A Website being created by a few dedicated SM community members for SM collectors the people who are die hard fans who download and buy everything they see or can afford ! its invite only and invitations are sent only by staff members but recommended by its users nothing being sold by SM is hosted or up for download for free on the servers and no encouraging users to download SM sold products at all or banned..


People interested are to contact me on AIM/MSN asap .. the site is still being built atm and if u wanna guarentee a spot hit me up and we will talk
