Since when did people stop appreciating defense and counter punching? You had two counter punchers who respect each others skills, no one should have expected more than what happened. Stiff jabs, a couple pop shots down the pipe, and tangled flurries. That was expected...

sorry homie but i love skilled tactical fights but this was definetely not that. this was 2 men in the wrong doing NOTHING. Hopkins would throw one punch then duck his head and run at Taylor and Taylor would then throw his little gay flurries when he got up close.

.. and i don't see how that was expected when both fighters kept saying they were going to do things different and come out more aggressive. i had no problem with the first fight but this one was just plain boring. you can try and turn in into an amazing display of skill if you want ..

The first fight was the exact same, except for Taylor taking the 11th round this time. Nothing explosive happened in the first, and the same goes for the second. If they fought again, it would be the exact same thing regardless of what the other person says they are going to do.

I enjoyed the fight. It didn't live up to the hype and all the promotions but it was definately worth watching.
