anyone know any spots in the bay that do clean ass portrait tattoos? I wanna get a portrait tattoo of a loved one who passed away.

There's an artist @ Cold Steel on Haight. I forget her name, but I have it on my computer at home...I've seen a lot of her work, and real talk, her work is flawless.

Portraits are the toughest, because its easy to make them look retarded. But hers is on point.

Takes about 2 or 3 months just to get an appointment with her, but with something like a tat...I wouldn't really rush into it or go cheap.

No no no no... Gowhere all the celebs go. E-40, Mike Marhsall, DJ Pizo, F.A.B., Spice-1 and many more people all go to Pin Point Tattoos on Second and A street in Hayward. I'm not saying this just because I endorse them, but they do some of the dopest work. See Rick or Frog there. Both artists are the shit and its cool to chil at while you wait. Spice-1 brought me there first and I became good friends with the entire crew. DJ Pizo (Spice-1, Too $hort, and E-40's DJ) has a studio up stairs. Let them know I sent you. They will hook it up.
