who here has or has had a friend who talked their way out of a DUI? well i sure as fuck havnt talked my way out of a dui, but i have seen my friend on 2 different occasions talk his way out of them. the last one i remember was we got pulled over and he was driving my lincoln and he passed all the drunk tests, until the cop busted out the breathalizer, my friend was 3-4 times the legal limit and the cop didnt even give 2 fucks the only thing i thought was funny as fuck was that the cop asked my friend "if you're drunk, why the fuck are u driving" my friend laughed and his exact words were "im the soberest one in the car and u sure as fuck dont want any of those 3 driving"... he was going to impound my car but i told him i had just gotton it out a few months backand it cost much to get it out again, so dude told us to get a ride and whoever came to get us, was to drive the car and park it across the street. another time one of my boys were comin back from santa cruz on hwy 1 and had been partying until like 4 or 5 am and left to to head back to the 707 at 8am.... got pulled over doing 80 got a speeding ticket and that was it... i keep tellin this fucker his luck is going to run out one day

cops are pretty understanding in frisco. i was going home once kindve drunk and cops pulled me over cause i ran a red and a stop sign. asked me if i was drinking, etc. told him yes and i was headed home. saw my id and my friend passed the fuck in the passenger seat so he knew i was really headed home. so he just checked my eyes real quick and let me off. got away with running a red, stop sign, and impaired. seriously though, i think the chances of getting let off the hook by cops is if you just act cool and keep it real with them.
one time my boy was off like 10 shots with like 3 other people in the car. he didnt really talk himself out of a DUI, he just got fuckin lucky. the cop asked him if he was drinking and driving and my boy said to him, no joke, "no drinking, no driving" lol. then a girl in the backseat was sayin, "just tell him the truth, just tell him the truth!!!" dumb bitch. but for whatever reason the cop let him go.
i dunno if all the people that had stories of "gettin out of a dui" are white but it sure helps. i aint sayin that white people dont get dui's. but lets face it, cops are a lil more leinient when it comes to whites. this chick i know (white) was hammered yesterday and they let her off & told her friend to drive home. i was like wtf?? ive been harassed by the popes when i been sober, shinin the light all in my pupils and checkin the whole car. not hatin, but its great to have a free pass sometimes.
i only know san diego and san francisco cops, and cops in the sco are definitely much more chill
my friend when he was seventeen or eighteen got pulled over while drunk at like 3 in the morning...acted all nervous saying and doing stupid shit, but was real respectful (probably overly respectful). at first he said he hadnt been drinking and then the cop got all pissed and told him to tell the truth so my friend told him he had a 40 (he had more than just a 40), but my friend was white so the cop let him go with the whole angry attitude like hes mad hes letting him go "alright get outta here!"

well im white and i got 3 there was no talking my way out of them got court on the 19th to determine my fate i got the scram bracelett on right now until then shit just isnt worth it man i just made very poor desicions and now im payin for it seriously take my advice dont put yourself in that situation its cheaper to take a taxi ride to france
