EXACTLY. Juicy been wearing big ass shades, cowboy hats, and everything... thats why I was asking what made this a "Bay trend" (and you see I got no answer).

But man you better pray your child doesnt go through those birth complications... that's that Erb's Palsey shit, not a disease, but just the result of being pulled out the womb wrong and too hard (and shoulder nerves get damaged).
