T-Shirt Design Prices

I have just been offered work with a t-shirt website and they want to use some of my design's.

I am trying to find out how much I should charge for each design because the company wants to pay up front plus a % of the sales.

How much would you charge to have someone use your
work on their tee's?

How many hours you spend on a design? And how much % of every tee you get? From that I would do a price ... I wouldnt go under 200 $ thats for sure.
