i have a proteus2500 im trying to dump some multies from onto my pc, i figured out how to get them onto my pc, but i cant figure out how to get them back on, there is a "send" feature but there is no "recieve" in the manual it simply states to "simply play it from your sequencer into the proteus2500" i have done that and the midi light indicates there is some kind of midi data, but it does not show on the module that it is recieving anything, i even tested by re- name a multy to "test" and tried loading it, and it didnt work because it still listed it as test.
i am familliar with sysex, i have successfully used it with my ms2000 recieveing and sending, im just not familliar with E-MU so if anyone can give me any tips or help i would appreciate it. i have been to there site and it is ass... thanks in advance.
