Syko's "Bat in the ass cover" 1998

I dont really contribute much to this site, I normally just check for NW artists since I grew up there. I noticed a few cats askin for this cover and since I know how rare it is, I'm postin it for ya'll.
I know only about 500 of these were printed and I dont think all were used due to stores refusing to carry the cd with this cover.
