I understand its for storage, but can someone tell me exactly what I need to load DS/GBA ROMs onto my DS. DO i need all these things to make it work?

get an R4 for DS games. For GBA games you need to get a Slot-2 device like M3 simply. You can choose one or the other or both depending on which games you want to play

Yeah. There are two different slot devices. Slot 1 devices like an R4/CycloDS let you play DS games. You store the games on MicroSD cards through USB and put those cards into the slot 1 devices. Slot 2 devices let you play GBA games. But most of the time you need something in the slot 1 device to play GBA games. For example, you could have a Slot 2 device that boots from the R4. I don't know much about the slot 2 devices , but if you simply want to play DS games then get an R4.

good looking out broski. I just realized that i DL'd about 4 GB's worth of DS games and over 7 GB's of GBA games about a year ago....so i just need the hardware now and im straight.

I found a 8GB Transcend SDHC at Newegg.com for under $60...i hope its compatible.

I also read that the M3 Real replaced the M3 Simply...

THanks for all the help, man. I only hope everything will be compatible with one another. I plan on buying ther first version of the DS, not the Lite.

One more question. Do i just load the ROMS on the card as it? They are .NDS and .GBA files.

Second one yo have "acquire points" in order to DL...and it just so happens that the NDS ROMS are the most expensive

Third one got shut down for a second and ll the DL's got taken away

Fourth one it taking for ever to get me my validation e-mail.

I only want one goddamn game...i tried to get the torrent of it with no luck.

I jst ordered all my shit today...MS Real and a 4GB microSDHC. I wanted the 6GB, but why pay an extra $20 when the 16 and 32's are drippin in a few months?

Yeah, i figured it out. My package didnt come with the start up disk, so i just DL'd if from their site. ALl works now and this thing is the SHIT!!!
