Yo kayvee, this shit is pretty dope man. I just downloaded like half of vol.1 and so far, so good. Really jazzy. Some songs seem borderline RnB though with the singing n shit. Then again though this vol.1 is from 1997. Vol.5 which is the latest is from 2005, so the sound should be a lot more up to date.

yeah if you listen to stuff from 1997 its going to sound a lot different from 2000+ .

i have a few house CDs that are hella different from current shit. Some of my faves too.
