I am following this story closely and with keen interest. I am not convinced that this was necessarily a failed terrorist attack, but I am seeing information emerge that demands further investigation.

So far, I have concluded only that the U.S. national media -- and apparently the international media -- are not carrying this story for some reason. I am suspicious of the reason, and I don't know what it is.

Skepticism requires an open mind, cynicism requires the opposite.
That fact that this story is not being carried nationally is suspicious on its face. Compare this story to others being carried. There is a glaring discrepancy.

Discrepancies like this scream for investigation.

The absurdity of the news blackout in this case is what attracted me to it.

The claims made by President Boren right after the incident don't add up.

The truth is being withheld.

Why?

Did you read any of the links or sources? Please elaborate on how this subject relates to a new millinium Nazi Germany in context to the articles... that claim just seems a bit unfounded to me...

Anyway, it looks like this is a story of a confused, isolated, looser kid in College. The only conspiriacy/cover up I could infer is the fact that this kid converted, began to accept extremist views for whatever reason (probably was a social outcase who needed to identify with something subversive), and wanted to blow up a section in the stadium (as an act against the west to show his commitment to his new belief). He either couldn't get in, or didn't make it in b/c the unstability of the explosives detonated before hand. Maybe he wanted to become a Martyr or maybe it was a final desperate attempt for attention. Again, this is all speculative.

On another point, just imagine if small town shopping malls in Nebraska, Idaho, Oklahma, or BFE start to get hit with suicide bombers domestically. All it would take would be a few incidents, and this place would turn into an all out police state virtually overnight. Metal Detectors, and security guards with wands searching everyone everywhere, going into restaruants, shopping malls, sporting events, schools essentially everywhere both public & private. The security industry would boom though...
