you can't base an answer to this question by just hearing about an artist or just meetin em one time. there's been a few functions that i've been too where shit pops off and some of these gangster rappers didn't portray the gangsta image they rap about. they cried and got mad at us for handlin business. but from my experiences, off the top of my head i'll say SLIM from black mafia. somethin went down and he and some west oakland cats had our back to the fullest. much luv to him for that. SEAN T is another one that kept it real when some shit went down. FAT STEVE don't be givin a fuck either.

Filthy phil = shot a cop, C-Fresh = Can't speak on it, Coug-nut= backing into stores late night in stolen cars and taking everything drunk! Tay da Tay= much respect in the penn his bishop and oakdale niggas still respect him! J-Diggs = Gangsta! ADR LaVey from triple six= his screwdriver has sent many people to the ummmm well! Shit theres alot of em but there are way more marks than anything else but then again when keeping it real don't pay when your serving 25 for some bullshit you coulda let slide so it depends where ya at!

who gives a flying fuck about street credibility...this is why rap music is garbage right now because muthafuckas want "killas" and "hustlers" to get on the mic, dont get me wrong some of those type of rappers are coo like Young Jeezy, but now look at all these other dudes that copied him...fuckin Young Joc, Young Dro, Rick Ross etc....

honestly, most of these people named do have a lot of credibility but there are really only 2-3 people that can honestly go into any hood and they are The Mac Minister, J-Diggs, and Seff tha Gaffla....it's more to it than what you see as a fan. These 3 have BEEN in a lot of these hoods in the bay in cities such as Richmond, The Town, Frisco, EPA, and Vallejo. They've done time with a lot of people from different areas and gained that respect in the pen.

Quinn got street credibility? I know everyone loves him, but I've never heard him mentioned in the mix like most of the other people named already... not that I would have any idea...
