In case you missed last year ASSLIE sucked!!!! so in esence we didn't have him last year either, and when will Plummer actually go back to his old ways, that has been said 3 years straight now and every year he is actually better than the previous. But you're right that was a pretty sucky year, I mean hell all we did was go to the afc championship game that sucks.

Tell me how the Chiefs go 11-5 without thier 2 best Olinemen and there #1 blocking fullback? Oh yeah LJ will suddenly learn how to block instead of being the pussy he was lastyear in pass protection...oh wait he was hardly ever in pass protection because he can't...hahaha no good o-line...TURLEY!!!!! HAHAHAHA whoever said he is going to be good better sell off what your smoking cuase that's some good shit if you believe that, he's been out of the league for 2 years with nagging injuries playing a position he never played.....lol.

And this is all before you even bring in the arguement of Herm.
Guess you have to be happy with Plummer, I mean, if my quarterback was so good and could lead me to the promise land, I would draft Cutler who EVERYONE says is a bust.

Oh, and as far as the offensive line, I guess you guys must be 100% solid at the line. Or maybe not. That is why you signed a RETIRED player to push Foster out of the front line?

First off,

Denver has used questionable blocking techniques for years, they have been cited and fined for everything from jerseys being to tight, to illegal substances that make thier jerseys slippery, to completely ignoring the salary cap structure altogether. Shanahan is done after this year, after Elway left, a strong running game has been about as useful to you as our secondary was to us the last four years, but we got better, you just got one reciever coming off a complete tear of his acl. Good luck.

You are right, wtf would a team go after a QB that could be a starter for YEARS to come when the next years qb draft class is ASS, do you watch football or are you one of those one's that goes off stats alone? Seriously Cutler is a once in a great big while kind of QB that Denver usually woulnd't have a chance to get since the are always a contendor, but since we had a low pick this year go for it. And who is EVERYONE saying Cutler is a bust? Are you watching ESPN again? Stay away from the TV and actually read or watch something that isn't biased. KC fans should know just as well as Denver fans that ESPN is shit. The all forget about how good the AFC WEST is until the end of the season when it is too late. If you (or anyone here) puts their stock in what ESON has to say please leave the thread now.

Oh you are right about the signing, I mean shit we must not be 100% because we added DEPTH!!!

This post of yours leads me to believe you only watch your team and don't know shit about the NFL....thanks for playing though.

You having a good line "per someones opinion" gives you nothing. I have stats that prove ours otherwise. What do u have?
You know the sign of a good o-line????? a running offense

http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/stats/teamsort/NFL/OFF-RUSHING/2005/regular

well well well what do we have here? Denver with more rushing yards? and that's without a name rb...must be the line.

Again thanks for playing.

Ok kccat, I was with you at first thinking you knew some football and woul.d bring some intelligent thoughts, but how long ago was ALL of this stuff you mentioned??? wow talk about the past, that post was almost as good as Raider fan saying well who has more SB wins.

So according to your post Denver has not been good since Elway left and Chiefs have been better. Well remind how many playoff appearances the Chiefs have in the last 10 years? But you are right they have gotten better than Denver since Elway left.

And in case you have been watching ESPN with ghost...Javon is all but ready, but again ESPN wouldn't want to report that, they would rather suck on the manning brothers, and the great Patriots who will bounce back mark thier words.

I will have you know Javon has been a stud the past 3 days in camp catching everything throwen to him except for a few good plays by Champ, but again that's champ we are talking about.....but he's no Ty Law.

Let me school you homie.

First off, Cutler has been anything but a franchise Quarterback. Guess because he practices he is the next Elway. Yeah great selection by Denver, but you and I both know they did it because Plummer is suspect. Never said Cutler was not good. Bust he will be, however he was a decent college quaterback. What I said is, he is better than Plummer so get off Plummers NUTS.

Guess Kyle Turley was not depth either?

Your post leads me to believe your biased. Never said Denver sucked, nothing of the such. You stated your line was great, my STATS show our line was BETTER. A smart Bronco fan would have came back to a DUMB Chiefs fan and said "Chiefs defense sucks and the Bronco defense doesn't", however that never happened.

**WARNING** Before you reply next, please read the verbage above, and be sure you comprehend before responding. Thanks.

why would I come back with Broncos D was better than Chiefs D, that's not a secret but that wasn't the arguement??? Wtf would I bring something offtopic to that arguemwnt? I do like how you didn't respond to the whole rushing yards though.

Adding Turley was for Depth at the time, and he was a possible longshot to even make the team....well guess what since that time he has now been thrust in as a possible starter, so from possible longshot to possible starter, but no there is no problems there whatsoever.

As for Cutler not being a franchise QB......so who are you and what team do you scout for? So I assuming you know more than most NFL scouts since more than enough of them not only said Cutler was the best QB in the draft he will be a starting QB with more wins than the others.

Plummer is suspect huh...based off of what? off of 3+ years ago. Because he hasn't been very suspect in the past 3 years except for a game or 2 here & there, but I am sure I cannot come up with a game or 2 where green was suspect in 3 years right????? that's part of being a QB in the nfl...shit Brady, Manning, etc...they all have had off games, but since it's Plummer it happens more often than not....again that is such an ESPN watcher statement if I ever heard 1.

I never said the Chiefs were better than the broncos in the past 10 seasons, I said THIS year. We addressed every need, and will be markedly improved, and last year the broncos had 11 head coaches in the NFL send tapes of repeated chop blocks that still occur more often on your squad. You guys do have a great system for running the ball, that is a given. However Ghost is right when he stated why you guys drafted Cutler. Plummer is very suspect, and he loves the Denver fans, thats why he gives you guys the good ole 1 finger salute!!!! So you guys count on Ron Dayne and the slew of other backs that usually get you through, but something tells me in these Chiefs games this year that running the ball wont be so easy. That could have very easily been the Chiefs that came in there and did what Pittsburg did to you guys at home, its just that we lost some tie breakers at 10-6 with Pittsburg.
Oh and I am sure you were really excited about Plummers play in that game.
You guys will be lucky to finish 8-8. Shanahan has worn out his welcome, if you guys start out 2-2 the fans will have already turned on Plummer, and he will implode, enter THE ROOKIE. Good luck with that.
And no calling Gary Kubiak for help.

DUDE, read your previous post. The topic was your line is better than the Chiefs. I am asking you HOW? You pull some bullshit article that says your line is # 1. I pull legit stats that show our OFFENSE was # 1 because obviously our line was better. So because your CLAIM that your line was better than ours was so off the wall, I figured you probably could talk about something that the Bronco's had that the Chiefs didn't, that was D.

The funniest thing about this whole conversation is that last year, with NO ROAF and no WELBOURN we still put up numbers with Jordan Black and Kelvin Sampson. Yeah, your right, WHO THE FUCK ARE THEY? Doesn't matter. Like EVERYONE has been telling you, with W-Man at C, and Waters and Shields at Guards, we STILL dominated offensively.

Holla at me September 17th in the PM after we win in Mile High.

No need to respond on the Cutler part AGAIN.....So is Green still the man, or are there questions...I mean why would they go get Croyle if there wasn't questions??

It's because this was a good draft class for QB'S. If you look at what's going to be availabale in 2 years when Green and Plummer will be leaving there will be shit at QB unless you are one of the top 2 or 3 draft picks....well I am sure KC & Denver will not be that and they knew it so go get a better QB now and let them sit and learn.

Was I excited about Plummers play in that game, of course not. Has Indy been excited about Mannings play in the playoffs, no. Was Pats excited about Brayd's game here in Denver, How excited was Carloina with Delhommes play last year in playoffs....not every team wins the SB and the qb is the one to usually take the blame, but I like how plummer was good all season but then 1 game and all of a sudden he's back to his AZ ways.....lol

So 8-8 and shanny's last year......I would bet you on both those parts, Denver will be better than 8-8 and shanny will be back next year...GUARENTEED

Have you completely skipped over the post I wrote about rushing yards????

That is the #1 sign of a good line, and Denver won that battle. If it wasn't for LJ going nuts for a few weeks KC would not even have been top 10. And most of LJ'S yards came with roaf in the line-up....the only good games LJ had without Roaf were against sorry d's like houston & oakland.

and speaking of playing at mile high that's a good point....no roaf you lost 30-10 and lj & priest combined for 71 yards, I guess you didn't miss him at all that game.

BOY I LOVE SCHOOLIN YOU. GLAD TO SEE THAT RUSHING THE BALL IS ALL THAT DENVER IS WORRIED ABOUT. LIKEWISE, YOUR YARDS PASSING COMPARED TO THE CHIEFS ARE 2ND. THAT IS WE RANK HIGHER THAN YOU. BY THE WAY, ANY CLUE ON HOW MANY SACKS DENVER GAVE UP LAST YEAR?

http://www.footballoutsiders.com/print/110/

COME WITH COMPLETE SHIT OR DON'T COME AT ALL.

as in 13 wins....we were leading alot of those games and therefore you run the ball, you do not pass the ball when you are winning a game AND you are a rushing offense, but since you are a stout NFL fan you should know that right.

also, there is no question at QB here. Green has started and finished every game since he has been here, he is one of the highest rated passers, and has passed for more yards than almost all active QB's in the league. So no, no question, now his age is a different thing, its good to look to the future, but we arent trying to correct short comings.

I must be a "STOUT". See you get flustered when your angered. You won more games than us because DEFENSE, not OFFENSE.
