post how rappers got their rap names or alias names....like styles goes by styles p or ghost.. im interested in how jada and old dirty bastard came up wit their names..

heres a few..

Eminem - he came up wit that using the initials from his real name...Marshal Mathers

Puffy/P Diddy - i remember hearin something like he had puffy cheeks or a baby..im not sure..somebody correct me if im wrong...and the diddy came from biggie callin him p diddy

Ludacris - i remember him sayin thats what he uses to describe his style, flow, punchlines all together ..he just changed the spelling of the dictionary word..

Jay Z - creatively stole his name from jaz o

Fat Joe - no need for an explanation

Ja Rule - Jeffrey Attkins Rules...

DMX - Dark Man X

KRS-1 - His first name is Kris

luda's real name is chris also, he was a dj in atlanta his name was chris luva or sum shit, so ludaCris

on some wu album they said ol dirtys name is cause "there isn't a father to his style"

redman said he got his name cause when he was little, someone threw a snowball at his face and turned hella red, then someone called him redman and it stuck ever since, sticky fingaz got his name cause he always use to steal shit and jack off or some shit like that, method man and half the doo's from wu tang got there names from villians on old wu-tang movies and 50cent stole that name from an old gangster from fort greene in brooklyn new york
