Wrestling heavyweight 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin is caught up in a messy legal fight after a final dinner with his ex turned nasty.
The WWE superstar, real name Steve Williams, took girlfriend Tess Broussard for dinner earlier this month, and allegedly offered her a $1.5 million to end the romance.
But when the wrestler's attorney showed up at Beverly Hills restaurant Il Fornaio, the actress allegedly attacked her ex with a steak knife and was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
Broussard reportedly missed Austin and ended up stabbing the wrestler's attorney, George Raybeck.
But the actress has now launched a $10 million lawsuit against her ex, claiming she was framed in a "fabricated assault," implying Raybeck stabbed himself.
It's not the first time the wrestler and the actress have been at odds with each other - Broussard called police to her home in March, accusing her then boyfriend of domestic abuse.
Police determined no assault had taken place.
