I'm just saying that Yakima and Spokane both have a lot of tweakers, as well as North King County and ALL of Snohomish County and North of that too..basically North Seattle, Mount Lake Terrace, Lynnwood, Everett, and probably past Mount Vernon, but South Seattle too, and Tacoma, Puyallup, and Fife, the tweakers are fucking everywhere..

To answer the second part of your question...No, the 509 isn't THAT bad. I don't like it as much as I like Seattle but only because of the attitudes people hold in Eastern Washington (a lot more conservative Christian wack jobs). I also hate how during winter it's usually 20 degrees, and with wind chill it's about negative 10...and then in the summer, it's fucking 110 degrees. Other than that, I've met some cool people out here, but it's only cause I'm attending college out here.
