^^^^worse advice yet, waste of money vista is 1 of the worse that came out i put it up with like Window ME

well for windows its recommanded you reinstall windows fresh about every 6 months so really there aint no point of having like spy bots etc unless your always on porn sites but u can always do it like 3 months or something. just go install linux like Knoppix or Kubuntu. then you wont need worthless progams like that
