As for individual Bay songs that remind me of spring/summer (and just havin' fun)...off the top of my head...Here we go:
"Hot Sunny Day"--CELLY CEL
"Every Day is The Weekend"--CELLY CEL
"Rossi Nights"--THE FUNKY FRESH SEX CREW
"Valley Joe"--MAC DRE, B-LEGIT, LITTLE BRUCE and P.S.D.
"Garcia Vegas"--11/5
"Just Another Day"--TOO SHORT
"I Get Around"--2PAC and MONEY B.
"Short But Funky"--TOO SHORT (mainly for the production...)
"Hard To Get"--THE DONE DEAL FAMILY
"Havin' A Ball"--SAN QUINN
"Did You Get The Dank?"--JT THE BIGGA FIGGA and RAPPIN' 4-TAY
"Grape Vine"--B-LEGIT
"Burn Rubber"--DON P.
"California"--JT THE BIGGA FIGGA, IVE LOWE, AUTHENTIC, SEAN T. and RAY LUV
"Hurricane"--THE CLICK
"The Slap"--E-40
"Carlos Rossi"--E-40
"Sideways"--E-40, B-LEGIT, and MAC SHAWN
"Breakin' Skrill"--THE DELINQUENTS
"Rollin' Thru My Hood"--MASTER P, SILKK, BIG ED, KING GEORGE and LIL RIC (don't worry, it's from when NO LIMIT was still dope)
"More Like An Orgy"--RBL POSSE (a little dark musically, but hey...)
"Smooth Sailin"--RBL POSSE
"We Run Every Nation"--THE UNEXPECTED (there's a "high as a kite" spaciousness about the production that I just dig...)
As for whole CDs, THE CUTTHOAT COMMITTEE's "Turf Bucaneers" just has the whole "summer/partying/checkin' out hoes" vibe (except for the last two songs), IMHO, as does all of RAPPIN' 4-TAY's "Off Parole" CD from '96.
And, like Pimperoni said, basically any whole CD by N2Deep (or, any acts associated with 40 Ounce Records, period, i.e. JAY TEE & BABY BEESH, JAY TEE solo, LATINO VELVET, FREE AGENTS, MIAMI, etc.) should give you that whole "the weather's gettin' better, let's have some fun" vibe as well. PEACE!
