when i was hella young i musta been 7th or 8th grade gettin ready for school im all by myself as usuall in the mornings im, in my dining room sittin on this little couch we had in there gettin my shoes on or something i look to the left towards my sisters rooms and i see a lady or what looked like a lady in like a night gown type shit. and from my sisters room theres the bathroom right next door but where i was lookin was a door way that was open to the hallway and the dark figured lady walked outa my sisters room and i got those chills and like watery eye type shit like damn what was that and i seen my dog and cat sittin there lookin over towards it you know like they seen somethin dogs ears are up in chit cats head to the side and right after the lady walked out there was a little dog the ran out behind her like 2 seconds after her i could tell it was a dog cus how it was running but thats the most distinct one that i remember i think i left for school like an hour early.
Also when my uncle died he died in my living room on a hispice death bed, and after he died ill be making some food that he liked or playing a game he taught me like spades or dominoes and he'll be right there i always see him, but i have no fear when i see him cus i know its all good the lady on the other hand i dont know

i mustve been around 15 & i got that sleep paralysis/hypnagogia
2 shadowy figures came into my room and injecting something into my arm
i was fighting to move/yell but i could do nothing
i drifted slowly unconcious like i had been injected with a strong sedative or something
when i finally woke up, i looked at my arm & saw a little hole that looked like a needle-hole
it was hella traumatizing because it was so real, but i think that sleep paralysis and/or hypnagogia explains it

anybody ever been asleep then you wake up and you cant move.. youre like oh shit? or youre sleeping then you hella twitch out the cuts? the twitching happens to me sometimes.. but the other day i couldnt move for shit.. i mightve been dreaming but i remember being paralyzed from the neck down.. i was like oh shit this aint coo!
