Spins Outside Bay?

Just wondering,but if J valentine and Carson got major deals and have released their singles, why ain't they gettin any outside of the bay play. I asked some folk from LA if they heard any of their cuts..they said no i was kinda suprised especially since Dre produced 2 step....so does the bay get the first listen or what? I mean i could be wrong. I thought i was gonna hear Big Rich's "that's the business" everywhere but i didnt/

j valentine said on the hot box with box kev on kmel that the bay gets first listen as always. we always hear it first and the label sees our reaction to it. 'she's worth the trouble' will def. be his first single though. they already started promoting it on the streets with posters.

and it's probably the same for clyde, he'll give us the first listen too
