im fron san jo too....but i really cant feel any of the shit thats comin out . everyone from the eastside seems to have a homie that "spits fire" but on the real that shits wack.i mean i never hear a good flow from most people out the south bay. most are too mechanical sounding(yall know what i mean). and the beats are usually boring mobb sounding shit.id rather have some hyphy bandwagon ridin niggas reppin for us rather than some wannabe norte kid tryna rap. ya dig. but traxamillion doin things, that nigga gots a unique sound in his beats i think he could be the next timbaland with the right exposure.if the south bay would cut some of the corny-ness that alotta ppl see i think wed be more accepted cuz the sound im hearin is tired. AND i come from the same hood as Assasin(seven trees), seen that nigga at seven eleven a billion times , trust me dude aint cakin at all. but rah 2k i think is doin his thing. even tho he looks like one of those corny white dudes hoppin on the thizz shit ...hes bringin mixtapes some shine over here. a suggestion rah 2k...do like they do in ny and sell your tapes in places other than tower(altho i did see ya tapes in stickys). u should hit liquor stores, bodegas, everythinggggg. just some thoughts and suggestions peace.

Another great thread...but these are my thoughts:
1) cats need to step their game up
2) cats need to support each other and stop hatin'
3)promote your shit!

Look, San Jo and the 408 in general has been tight for years, and especially talking about ALL HIP HOP. Breakin, graffiti , deejaying, and what not, we don't need to take a backseat to nobody...but there are a few missing links.
we need to get support. I can say this from a slightly different perspective, because I do graphics and shit. Fools always hate, that's the biggest thing right there. San Jo has major history, major stories that cats can spit on, and I'm not just saying gangster shit, but just real talk.
We over here at www.liquidscape.com we fixin to get in this mix too, planning to drop some material during the '06 and hit it fresh with new sounds and we will be looking for local cats to spit on these tracks.
but thats on a tangent.
I think the movie idea is great, but cats need to get it done.

from my point of view..i dont consider them part of the southbay at all....but thats just my opinion....

and since we up in here talking about the south bay....ANY OF YOU FOLKS KNOW WHERE I CAN GET A COPY OF "ALL HATERS BEWARE COMPILATION"...i think thats the name of it.....i had the tape..but my shit broke ...
