both the source and xxl dont know how to judge albums. Back in the day the source had some pretty good album ratings but now fools like Birdman and Gucci Mane are gettin 3.5 to 4 mics. Eminem got a 4! Baby got a 4! I will never forget about that shit.

They need to separate hip hop and rap. U cant rate Del, Murs, or Lupe Fiasco etc., in the same category as Rick Ross, Missy, Mike jones , P.Diddy etc.
Thats just so stupid to me.

source in the past, xxl now....but im goin back to the source again.....source to me its just legit...xxl's rating and osme of the other shit are exaggerated and shit and i cant stand that type of bs.....if xxl has a better format/outline of mag, then i def. would prefer xxl more
