lol, that's true though. that's how those og's think hahhaa.

i used to wonder the same shit cuz u never hear the numbers. as of 3 weeks ago. messy marv - disobayish was a little over 20k, the team however was only around 6k, and quinn - i give u my word was over 10k but quinn's shit was the most successful imo cuz it sold over 10k in 9 different stores in the bay area while everyone else's shit was in over 100 stores in different areas. so if u look at it from a business prospective DD probably profited more than messy cuz they didn't use distribution they did it themselves.

Quinn had one of the most profitable albums by far of '04 because of that exact reason and the costs weren't so exponential in marketing. But it was a good year with Turf Talk , The Team, Frontline, Messy and Keak all doing very well. And of course Yuk and 40 did their thing as usual wit their respective releases.

'05 promises to be on some other shit...we will see...lots of stuff coming...lots of people hollaring what they are gonna do. Time will tell.

Epoxy: Dre always does like 30K on Scans but he is so popular he does alot more at mom and pops so its hard to measure.

One thing is for sure Mac Dre is the most consistent Bay seller (and before his death as well...). RIP to a legend.

if you can, try to put up some numbers if you got access. I am interested to see who is moving what!
