Im thinking about getting one of these pairs, i would liket o spend no more than 100 and i kinda boiled it down to these two. I'm leanin a lil towards the senn's i heard they are more comfortable aswell.
Both of those have their own cult followings, so i doubt you'll get too much in the way of an objective viewpoint. Try them both out with a cd you know real well and see which one sounds better to you. Depending on where you live, they allow you to take back headphones, so if after a week you find the pair uncomfortable, trade it in...
im actually gettin em off ebay, so i was gonna rely more on popular opinion. i HAVE tried some sennheisers before, and they felt and sounded great. but i never tried the sonys
