When I was inside, I used to play with Hot wheels, the big rubber WWF wrestlers, transformers, and Ninja Turtles. I also had an Atari 7800 and a Turbo Grafx 16.

I was usually outside though. I played a ton of street baseball, sometimes football, sometimes Hide & Go Seek. One of my favorite things to do was stuff my backpack with food and drinks and go down the street to climb a pine tree. I'd climb that shit to the highest point (about 50 feet or so) and talk shit to my friends when they walked by (freaked them out cause they could hear me but had no clue where I was).

^~~SOMEONE ALWAYS FUCKS UP THE NOSTALGIA THREADS BY GOING OFF TOPIC..

IT SAID TOYS NOT CARTOONS.
I wasn't the first one in this thread to throw a cartoon in, either.

And shit, if that's the case, then everybody who said they played baseball or tag fucked up the thread, too...'cause those are games, not toys.

It's all in good fun....and it's ALL a result of Nostalgia. Some toys bring back memories of other shit.

Remember how the GI Joes would get the wear and tear and then the arms and legs would start to dangle...?

Who else used to put rap cassette tapes in their Teddy Ruxpin doll?

I used to watch the commercial for that Crossfire game, and never got one.

The Casey Jones toy from Ninja Turtles was my favorite one ever. Plus he had all the makeshift weapons like golf clubs, and a baseball bat.

BUT THATS HOW THESE NOSTALGIA THREADS ALWAYS END UP:
A. WAY OFF TARGET, 70% OF POSTS IN THREAD NOT EVEN CONCERNING TOYS

B. "EVERYONE BORN BY ______ VS ANYONE BORN AFTER _______

we used to rip ice plants out the ground at school and throw em at each other and be hella dirty before school even started lol those were the good ol days not givin a fuck about clothes n shit, like fuck it
you musta lived close to the beach. When I was growing up in watsonville we'd do that too. you have endless ammo with those ice plants.

Or we'd use those weeds than have stickers hanging off of them. If you pull up, you could pull like 25 of those stickers off and throw them at someone and they'd be all stuck on their clothes. That never got old for some reason
