Weapons arrest: Three Stockton men were arrested shortly before 9 p.m. Monday after a 38-year-old man reported to police that one of the men had pointed a gun at him, according to a police report. The man told officers that he had been standing in his driveway near the intersection of Atchenson Street and Montauban Avenue and spotted a vehicle being driven recklessly. He followed it in his own vehicle to tell the driver to slow down. A passenger in the car allegedly pointed a handgun at the man, and police were called. The three - Reynaldo Francis Plascencia, 26, Robert Rodriguez, 19, and Xavier Steve Lozano, 22 - were arrested on suspicion of weapons violations after police found a weapon in the car, officers said. Rodriguez was held in lieu of $23,000 bail, and Lozano was held in lieu of $30,000 bail. Plascencia has since been released.

why would you drive stupid with a gun in the car to begin with? and the only person who would follow them and ask them to slow down, would probably be the guy who own s a home in that neighborhood where his small children play in front of the house maybe?
