i visited both sides.

but south sac is ghetto though.not as ghetto "looking" as other places i been to like frisco and stockton.but the people are ghetto out there.

that is'nt a bad thing i live with the same type of people so i'm used to it.

Mayne there are Scraps and Norteno's everywere in the US. Thats the same for all sides of Sac the mojority of norteno's are from south, north and west sac! but you can find them everywere! And dont get me wrong there is Scraps in South sac but most of them are just confused wetty's who dont know any better!

i got all these pics (and details on each individual) from the internet and they sum it up in terms of distinguishing who is from what area.
Notice the striking similarities between the 209 Scrapa (chuntaro in blue) of today and the old school Sureno in 1983. Notice how the LA cholo of today doesnt have to don blue. The pretty boy "Surenos" Tooper is speaking of I didnt manage to find a picture of but I can imagine they looked nothing like the guy on the left.
