Aye I noticed this shit about Salinas the other day too. La posada is tucked away on the edge of the lettuce fields and the spot where the scraps kick it is in the gated area of the apartment complex so you have to know a code to get in. The best part about it is that all the apartment complexs that are next to it are filled with Nortenos now-a-days. Cortez street is on a dead end road and at the very end is a circle drive with apartments thats where they kick it at. I used to score bud over there by some homeboys that lived in the complex. Thats the only reason I ever even KNEW about that block, If not i wouldn't have never come across it. While Nortenos keep it out in the open claiming main roads and general sections of the city instead of just shitty apartment complexs and dirty ass blocks.

@Vamps i agree with you 100% on that shit about gangs in the burbs. I spent every summer in Woodland when I was growning up and in my early teens. I put it that i never saw ONE gang member there until I got out when I was 21 and went back. Even then I thought maybe they were just visiting like I was. but now I know I was wrong. I always thought that city was mostly just hicks and fine ass white girls.

I saw the inside cover of that savages album and saw that your gonna have mr lil one and knightowl on it . why dont you have any sur talent from Sacra?do you agree with our views of northern surenos? But you do seem to work with alot of Northern afilliates
so that tells me that you've probably realized who holds the cards over here

Why the fuck would Norteno's or any gang for that matter want to move to a dirty, overcrowded, polluted, expensive, crime and gang riddin city to set up another gang? The reason there are surenos here is migration. They want our land, we dont want that shit hole. they come from LA and Mexico to Northern cali. Northern cali has millions of acres that are ready for growth While LA is pretty much out. In my life I've met 5 people that have moved to LA Guess how many of those people stayed in LA. If you guessed 0 you were right. They were there for a couple months said 'fuck this' and came back and they weren't gang members in any way they just couldn't stand the place

my bad I didn't read your location and I had thought you had said you were from South central in that post when I read it again I saw that it said southern California. OC is cool some of the places there remind me of Monterey

The little argument that your trying to start about Norteno's not having the nuttz to bang down there ain't happening. The ONLY way you would ever find out is if it happened which it hasn't so NO ONE on either side, in a gang or not , can say that they can truthfully speak on it. And I doubt that it ever will happen for a couple of reasons. 1. We are unified up here, therefore, people funk with eachother but its not like SC where you can get blasted just by being from the wrong block. So theres no real reason for Nortenos to look for another place to go because we're cool where we are at. plus we're are cool with most crips, bloods and asians.2. Look at mapquest.com and get some ariel photos of cities like stockton , the Salinas Valley, Sacramento, gilroy, and san jose. Look at all the land around it thats not being used. There's no need to go anywhere else because they are always building new shit. So if it ever happens we'll see.... thats all that can be said on the subject

i know what you mean,its the same with the south siders hoods from l.a. to o.c. or i.e..fools be trippin on each other,but shits gotten better...and you say you beefin with the south siders in orange county,well i cant speak for orange county cause aint from there but thats news to me...out here in l.a. south siders get along with crips and bloods better than they do with each other... i mean if your talking about the county and the pen ,than hell yeah ,its big time beef..but the streets is another world,,theres diffrence between prison politics and street politics..ive known crips all my life,and never had problem with them in all my years of bangin..we would even laugh at the fact that if we met up in the county,we couldnt even say whats up,and probaby be fighting eachother of shit popped,especially in the l.a. county,shit the l.a, county is worse than the pen...
