It categorically does.

My whole argument was that dressing provocatively can increase the likelihood of being sexually assaulted.

The data he posted supports that assertion. No question.
Actually, its says "provocative behavior". It says nothing about dressing provocatively specifically. That could just mean a broad at the bar was draped all over a bunch of dudes flirting, and got raped when she took the flirting too far.

Rapist are pieces of shit! That's y they get the shit beat out of them when or if they get locked up. Like seriously, how hard is it to get some pussy.. Now even if u are a sick bastard that likes to be extra rough with a chick and do rape scenes and be in contoll and all of that, there are plenty of broads that are into that kinda shit. Believe me, I kno. Lol.....but the sad truth is that some cavemen thirsty ass dudes can't handle themselves around a bitch that is dressed xtra skimpy.. I guess some dudes can't handle their im pulses but its still no excuse to rape a chick..but like I tel my girl cousins. Don't put yourself in certain situations that could possibly end up wrong. Like, I tell em if u don't plan on havin sex, then don't go to a niggas hotel room late night or go to a nigga house late night after both of y'all been drinkin. Basic shyt, ya feel me

I don't want to do a quote by quote analysis of what you said but, what do you consider high risk situations? Wearing provocative clothing and walking alone? Do these instances really trigger rape? I mean do you have real world statistics to back that up? As I said if you look at the statistics, the majority of sexual assault cases involve someone the victim knows personally. A contributing factor is often alcohol. Is it a high risk behavior to drink with someone you know and trust? I don't buy into that bullshit about not being able to control the reproductive impulse. Most rape cases do not occur in public places amongst a crowd of people? Why? Because rapists are able to control that impulse until they are alone with the victim. It's a hella cop out to say otherwise.
I think those stats are a bit skewed... what's the percentage on say rapes that go unreported? It's estimated at like 60% or something near that. How many of that percentage could be attributed to the way they dress? And as far as the percentage of rapists that said they didn't even remember what the victim was wearing can be contributed because the majority were intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

Your original argument was that they are putting themselves in high risk situations by dressing provocatively.
I believe the exact term I used was "higher" which as you and I both know is much different than "high". :classic:

If 95.4% were not dressed provocatively does that not imply that dressing unprovocatively is a higher risk activity?
37% of traffic fatalities are caused by drunk drivers. That means 63% are caused by sober drivers. Does that mean that sober driving is a higher risk activity?

Maybe all girls should dress like sluts. But that is only if you take the statistics literally. There is obviously more involved then how a person dresses. Which is what those stats are showing.
Again you are skewing my argument. I never said that dressing provocatively was the cause of all rapes. There is a lot of correlation and causation going on here which the stats aren't going to accurate capture.

Let's say you were punched 4 times while wearing a red shirt, and 96 times for wearing a blue shirt. You only own 2 colors of shirts. Which would be high risk for you to wear? Of course maybe you're getting punched 100 times because your just an asshole and your shirt color doesn't matter.
I would wear fubu.

Okay, higher than what?

37% of traffic fatalities are caused by drunk drivers. That means 63% are caused by sober drivers. Does that mean that sober driving is a higher risk activity?
According to your logic with the 4.4% it would corroborate that argument, yes. Any percentage >0% would.

Again you are skewing my argument. I never said that dressing provocatively was the cause of all rapes. There is a lot of correlation and causation going on here which the stats aren't going to accurate capture.
True, and dressing provocatively is not the main issue. Sluts should not be blamed for dressing like sluts. Most rapists target victims who are vulnerable and don't care how the girl is dressed. Those statistics show that dressing like a slut is not the main issue.

I would wear fubu.
