I noticed that too but I think it was on purpose

I like it, I like the airbrush feel, composition, border, colors, center emblem.

You probably dont wanna say everything, but how did you get that airbrush look? I'm sure it's more than blur and filters. It really came out good. You didn't draw over all of it did you?
