I'm showing some ignorance of Southern slang, but what does "chunk a deuce" (or something like that) mean?

Its just saying wut up to someone...but if you really wanna know what it originated from then its what tha SUC folks from that 2nd Ward used to do for tha same reason just to say wut up just like that peace sign but it stands for 2nd Ward...
