Damn, so I have this situation at work...Basically we have two new managers, both happen to be personal friends with the GM. Basically the newly formed three musketeers are fucking with most of the employees, threatening people with final write ups (firings) and pretty much harassing people just because they can. Pretty much abusing power. Now the two new managers don't fuck with me because A. They know I don't take shit. B. I've known them for a long time, not as friends but as acquaintances and mutual friends and C. I know where each lives not to mention some of the best dirt on them that I've tucked away for whenever I need a "get out of jail card" for if I ever fuckup.

Now the dilemma is I was with a few fellow employees doing work and we over heard them bragging about how they're giving this dude the axe tomorrow and how they're going to make him fuck up. Now the employee that they want to get rid of is really good at what he does and I think they see him as competition since he's always out performing managers. Anyway the other employees dropped my name in the mix that I over heard this ish too and HR wants to hear what I have to say tomorrow...

I really feel bad for dude thats getting the axe because they're really doing him wrong out of spite and he's a cool ass dude, but fuck I don't want to get involved in any shit because I know all parties involved.

So I come to the siccness......Any opinions. WWSD?

this is some Office Space kinda shit...i'd honestly tell the managers that i know what they're doing and to stop being bitches. you already said that you've got the upper hand on them when shit goes down, so there's not too much risk...

ive had hella problems with managers at different jobs. I always get along with the owners wherever I work though. Managers can be some bitch ass people if they want to be. My last job when I quit the regional manager got fired right after I quit becuz dude just fucked with me non-stop and I was like one of the most productive employess this company had in the entire country.

Damn where do you work at in the 831...let a nigga know so I never apply there...but anyways when it comes down to managers getting scanless, you have to get them before they get you... straight up...
