Album of the year. The only album ive bought that was new and more than 15 bucks in probably over a year. ($16 for the extended version at Dimples. the "shine blockas" remix is better than the original.) I've been slappin it non-stop for a couple months now.
My question is, there were/are a couple versions of different songs ("for your sorrows", "daddy fat sax", ect.) on youtube. the youtube versions were a lil more sped up. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, I know, he wasn't ALWAYS monotone, and yes, I know he was more monotone in the 2000s than in the 90s. And ColdBlooded, funny pictures might get you props, but really, you ain't saying shit. And who cares if I first heard Aquemini? Not every one of their fans was there since Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik. I hate having to explain myself for every sentence I write.
phil, having a versatile voice is part of delivery. Switching up your vocal levels while simultaneously flowing catchy to the rhythm all makes up one sick delivery.

So apparently they're working on a new record that's supposed to drop after Dre releases his solo record. They haven't done a true group album since Stankonia (or if you count Idlewild, WHICH WASN'T THAT BAD OF AN ALBUM). But nobody here mentioned Speakerboxxx/The Love Below. Those two were pretty cool. Speakerboxx had slappers, and some dope collaborations. Lots of good shit on those two CDs. That and Stankonia are my favorite albums by them.
