GET A LAWYER!!! Ypu can expect the insurance company to lie...and give you the least amount possible, they will act like they are working by the law etc and they will be nice....it aint about being nice...it aint about..will the money they give will it cover my car, audio, rims and recent medical bills..its also about maybe the effect o0n the quality of life you will have for the rest of your life, future medical bills for related problems...this is why it is so important to get a lawyer in these situations, and believe me it will not be hard to find one to take you as a client. I have nver gotten a settlement myself but I swear some homies are kings at this shit, and they all had lawyers
