Vette's don't push that much dogg.....The Z06 only pushes 410hp.....I'd get the 2003 Cobra (390hp Stock) and put long tube headers, off road X pipe and a Lightning blower pulley on it and it'd be around 500hp.....You don't have to take a fuckin' Economics class to see that $34000 for the car plus about $1000-1500 in mods and you're still under $36000 and you're about 90hp above that fuckin' $50000 Z06......

True but when a Z06 owner puts Exhaust/Cams/Headers the 03 cobra will have no chance in hell. You can say that the cobra owner spent 14k less but whos cares. It cost money to go fast.

@Cranky, I wasn't hostile at all... I just get tired of folks woofin' that a car does this or that, but they don't realize that's at the crank not rearwheel... I'm not sayin' I'd go out and buy a vette, but outta the two I'd take a vette... my brother had a mustang and it wasn't anything special to me (2002) mustangs have always been girl car's IMO. Personally I'd take an old muscle car if I was going for speed, one that you don't have to reprogram a computer when you add a few extra things.
