then why aren't the SF "moneymakers" leaving the area if the city has seen an increase in homicides? All major cities have "money makers" and crime....no one is comparing a poor city like flint, michigan to SJ
Who has more to lose ($$$ wise) - The capitol of the Silicon Valley (Biggest city in the Bay Area) or San Francisco?

I can't give you a definite answer but i'd bet the difference between the two would be immaterial. Do you even know what makes up the financial dist?

Besides...the heart of silicon valley borders milpitas, santa clara(intel) and north san jose(cisco). far distant from any criminal activity that a corporation's CEO would be worried about, if the CEO cares at all.

yea san jo might be the safest city statisticly but no matter where you go there is killers everywhere. N you gotta be ignorant to say that san jo isnt that hard! im not sayin its as bad as alot of city's in cali, sac, oakland,L.A, etc. but it does have its area's. there are hoods in san jo where if you walk down N no one knows you you will get ran up on, i've done it N had it done to me. not tryin to say everyone is hard from san jo cause not everybody is but there are some dudes you dont want to cross. so san jo might be the safest city but jus read the police blotter in the san jose mercury news N you'll see that shit does go down. again not even tryin to compare it to other cities. jus sayin....
