If we label the whole bay area as Hyphy music we are all fucked. I dont know Chuck personally, but I respect what he has done. Not from what he says he does, but from his accomplishments. It seems like you like the fact that SF had 100 murders. That pathetic. I cant believe your in some type of management position. You seem to be part of the problem.

Yes and No! It's a city with alot of black people who didnt go out and get a "real" education after eminent domain-redevelopment and closure of the ship yard in hunters point. Since they have didnt have good job skills, they didnt make enough income to afford a house or wasnt interested in buying one, which left the old navy barricks turned into affordable housing as their alternative. This vicious cycle was passed down to their children and children's children. (I read statistics, where over 60% of the black pop in SF lives in affordable-project housing.) Then, came the crack epidemic.............and the City Hall Machine taking advantage of fact that blacks not working together.

Whats so ironic is, alot of blacks who came to frisco and cali during the wwII came from southern black famlies who owned land by share cropping, but racism in the south caused this migration. I have family who live in frisco, who live in the projects, but own over 100 acres of land in the south, right now.

Alot of these Fags in frisco and elsewhere have education, which leads to making a income to live in the city.
