Let me Explain this for the last time(Hopefully) And Really Everyone says i shouldnt have to explain nothing to this Mesage Board especially seing that Ive done more for "THE MOVEMENT" then anyone REGISTERED on this Board! But I will say it anyway.. WE ALL (SF) Support The Movement DOESNT mean we have to follow EVERYONE else trend and make the same songs use the same language and same the same shit! THATS all I meant.. If some FANS are offended by me saying oakland is Hyphy and we're not then i cant control take ur sensitive ass somewhere else! When I said Oakland IS hyphy i was giving them the credit as starting alot of the trends In the Bay go back and re read all my posts regarding this. And they have the fasheezy's The scrapers, The Dreads, etc.. But Like I said Most of these rappers I gave them their first shows.. The Teams, Balance, i did some of the federation first shows, brought them to the djs help jump start the movement so its NOTHING NONONE ON HERE can tell me about the movement.. I got Super-Hyphy on MTV Jams for Keak, cuz they called me and i put them in touch cuz im a real one! No hater, or jealous.. Man Thats crazy everyone that knows me know i help everyone aint a jealous bone in my body! Everyone of my albums will have a song or 2 that cater to the movement, but a whole Hyphy Album NO!.. Shit 40 album is not all hyphy.. Im just saying we're more about Swagga in the city thats what makes THE BAY DIVERSITY! And not being scared to different shit.. im from one of the most gangsta hoods in America and run wit a bunch of Killas BUT I put a filipino group out and a all white boy Group cuz i aint scared to do me i suggest some of you do the same DO YOU!

Even after you clean it up a little and restate it. Frisco ain't no different than Oakland, Vallejo, none of that shit. We do use the same slang with the exception of like 2 or 3 words, we act the same, talk the same, it's all Bay Area street swagger. I just don't get why people want their own identity so badly that they try and categorize other places in comparison to them, and only point out certain attributes of those inner cultures. Then put emphasis on how they don't have those particular atrributes and are therefore not the same and/or not sale outs. I don't know, it just seems weird how every body swears that they're so different, but I've been in the Bay for 21 years (Probably not as long as you) and have visited 99% of the turfs and niggas get down exactly the same almost. Oakland just has more aspects of culture because the ghettos are much larger and it has room for more innovation. But the shit is the same dog, i'm just not feeling certain remarks some ya'll on here make, just doesn't make sense.

One thing I'm gonna say about Chuck is he is a real cat,the man came through for me big time during making the film Somthin to say from the Beats By The Bay series helping me locate artists and making shit happen for me so nigga always gonna have love for you real talk folkz cause a lot of shit you aint had to do for us keep doing ya thing in this bay movement

Chuck runs from spotlight & limelight MORE than anyone else I know in this game-& that's REAL. Everytime he's asked to take pictures w/an artist, or be in a video-he ALWAYS SAYS "no" so dont say SHIT u dont know!

^ I agree with dood, y'all taking it a lil too serious. What Chuck is saying is Frisco cats can GET Hyphy, but Oakland cats ARE Hyphy. That's how the culture at the present time for the most part is, but that's not to say ALL Frisco & Oakland cats is like this. It's the general over-view or what not.

What the fuck is wrong w/u?? In any part of his post did he say he was describing Oakland as a whole?? Did u read what he posted?

Hyphy started in Oakland-Keak made the fuckin word up-& if u dont know that Keak is from Oakland -EVEN tho he reps it in EVERY damn song-What the fuck u doin on BART! u took it 2 issue he wasnt even speakin on.

Was Chuck given us the history of Oakland? -no. He was givin us where Hyphy started & thats the TOWN bitch not the city.
