Michael Haneke directed both the original Austrian movie Funny Games which is a great film and the American shot for shot remake and that version was decent I guess.

no i like movies im just not too into remakes/ pg 13 shit. i grew up on GR flicks, F13th, freddy movies and more movies. shit even "my buddy" fucked me up bc it was to close to chucky when i was a kid. i cant get into saw/ grudge/ other wack movies made. its just not the same now a days

Of course I'm not into remakes, I started this thread. PG-13 "horror" movies are the worst thing ever too.

Have you checked any of the recent French horror films? They have been making some crazy stuff over there.

yeah i watched some movies from france, one was a TCM like flick that was cool. to tell the truth ive seen almost all the zombie movies ever made(netflicks) and horror movies. ive also watched asain horror movies. im a horror fan, but i cant stand shitty remakes.

i just watched a stupid movie in english called The Doom Generation and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone who is straight seriously, it was pretty gay at times i dont even feel like talking about it and everything was pretty stupid imo.

Horror wise I haven't seen anything good lately (last year or so) besides the French films I have talked about on here a few times.
