At@dirty shoez, how does your state of residence determine how good of a fighter you are, or the type of person you are?...Every state/province/country has a ghetto. The fact that he lives in South Dakota at the moment seems irrelevant. I know some folkers in KANSAS that would put some OG's out here in CA to shame. All thats off topic anyway, the OG question was about IQ and wearing your seat belt right? Come on y'all internet beef is unpackaged bullshit

If that is true. That drivers have an low IQ cause they dont wear seatbelts then that means that like 95% of drivers have low IQ's and thats just not true. The only time i wear my seatbelt is on the highway because if you dont then it gives the Highway patrol a reason to fuck with you and because everybodys driving fast.We have accidents all the time around here.Mutherfuckers cant drive for shit.

This is exactly why the seatbelt law was made, not to protect the people, but because clean up without a seatbelt is much worse.

I'm 6'3" and 450 lbs. and a seatbelt usually doesn't even fit me. I wear my seatbelt to avoid getting pulled over. Other than that, I don't wear it to fear traffic.

sorry to burst your bubble, but ill decide on my own saftey levels....personally i pay attention when im drivin....and i can react in a situation, aint never been in no accident, and iv avoided a couple....

and if u think seatbelts save lives....they also kill people in car crashes as well..

i think most yall forgettin the fact that in some cases if the seatbelt wouldnt have been worn people woulda lived...but instead because it was worn it killed them.

its rediculous that this is a law...fuck the law, ill decide my own saftey levels...no one decides that for me.

And here my friend is where your arguement turns to shit. According to your logic, and please note this is your logic and no one else's, if you wanted to, you would be able to drive drunk or high and it would be a matter of your best judgement. Seeing that you're an idiot I am happy to report that no one seeks your "ok" before signing bills into laws.

Driving intoxicated or high puts other lives at risk; driving without a seatbelt puts you and only you at risk.

In my mind driving w/o a seatbelt is similar to that of smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol. The consumer knows that they’re at risk and there are warning labels on the products, but it’s still their choice.

IMO seatbelt and helmet laws are not about saving lives it’s about saving money for the insurance companies (and an easy way to rack up money from all the tickets).

As far as me, sometimes I wear my belt, sometimes I don't.
