The 49ers return home to Candlestick Park this Sunday to host the Seattle Seahawks. It will be the 49ers last chance to get a victory before their bye weekend.

The 49ers previously defeated the Seahawks in week two of this season with a Joe Nedney field goal in overtime.

San Francisco hasn’t won since that nail-biting finish while the Seahawks have also fallen on hard times. The defending NFC West division champs have won only one game on the year.

Holmgren said he expects Seneca Wallce to start in place of injured QB Matt Hasselbeck on Sunday at Candlestick Park. Wallace completed 12 of 23 passes for 73 yards with a TD and an interception in the Seahawks' 20-10 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

this is one of them games that i cant call, Seattle i thought would be good this year and turned out to be pretty shitty cuz of injuries. I think the Niners will pull this out just cuz of playing for a new coach and emotions will be running high

i was just talkin to my cuzin he moved out to AZ and he's a seahawks fan im tellin em to come down for the game but he's aint down.... he wants us to go to AZ for the da Monday Nite Game.... and he said he will rock a 49ers Jersey for us LMFAO, since seacocks are 1-5 shits too funny he said why did the 49ers fire Nolan like they are desparate N also said there a gang of niners fans in AZ....

niners winning this one will do alot for their confidence...especially with the bye week coming up...hopefully we can get our players going into bye week with high spirits and start believing that they can compete.

^ i Think They believe they can compete cuz i sure do....they haven't really been out of games lately besided N.O game.... they just have to work on da O-line, Turn Overs and da front line of da D they have to get to the QB MORE.... our D has kepts us in da Games, our ST has got us points in our last two games.... JTO has to work on not giving da ball up dats kills them....

Frank Gore: Last Game vs SEA rushed for 61 yards. his career yards vs SEA is 103 in 6 games.

Julius Jones: Last Game vs SF rushed for 85 yards. his career yards vs SF is 212 in 2 games.

SEA Rush - 131.5 ypg (8th)
SF Rush - 102.4 ypg (21st)

i don't know if you're not giving seattle enough credit or sf too much credit. one way or another this should be a good game.

if Wallace can get into his rythm, seattle could make it another close game. i just hope who ever wins doesnt win by a fg again. i rather it be a win by at least a td.

we'll see. i hope you're wrong though. i hate seeing my team lose. going 1-6 is just fucking lousy as fuck. at least you guys got two dubs lol i want a 2nd one this sunday.

u can get 1 after this game, we need it more, u seahawk fuckers been won NFC west long enuff, we need the W and to knock off the tards, i know seattle fans really dont wanna see the tards take the NFC west, cuz that means our division is a joke if they do
